研究了粗(cu)化(hua)(hua)玻璃對(dui)有機(ji)電(dian)致(zhi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的影(ying)響,分別在玻璃基板的平(ping)滑面(mian)(mian)(mian)及(ji)粗(cu)糙面(mian)(mian)(mian)上制作有機(ji)電(dian)致(zhi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。所制備的器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)構為(wei)AI(15nm)/MoOs(60 nm)/NPB(40nm)/Alqs:C545T(2 ,3Onm)/Alq。(2Onm)/LiF(1nm)/AI(100nm)。從電(dian)流密(mi)度(du)一電(dian)壓一亮度(du)性能及(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)譜(pu)(pu)特性等(deng)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)對(dui)兩種器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)進行了對(dui)比(bi)分析。實驗結(jie)果顯示:當(dang)蒸鍍面(mian)(mian)(mian)為(wei)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)(mian)時(shi),電(dian)流密(mi)度(du)及(ji)亮度(du)均比(bi)粗(cu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)型(xing)高,其(qi)最高亮度(du)達到24410ed/m。不同蒸鍍面(mian)(mian)(mian)器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的相對(dui)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)譜(pu)(pu)幾乎(hu)沒有變化(hua)(hua),但粗(cu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)型(xing)器(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)存在黑斑,對(dui)其(qi)產生的原因進行了探討。
