偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)是液(ye)晶(jing)顯(xian)示(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不可或缺(que)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)元件,伴隨顯(xian)示(shi)產(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)速,逐(zhu)漸引起國(guo)內(nei)業(ye)界的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重視(shi)。作為(wei)中國(guo)大陸本(ben)土最主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)企業(ye)之一(yi),近年來(lai)深圳市(shi)三(san)利譜光(guang)(guang)電科技(ji)股份有限公司(簡稱(cheng):三(san)利譜光(guang)(guang)電)不斷在(zai)核心關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)上(shang)(shang)實現突破,也在(zai)逐(zhu)步擴大產(chan)能規(gui)模,改變本(ben)土偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)市(shi)占率低的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)境況(kuang),推動了偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)國(guo)產(chan)化應用。在(zai)2017中國(guo)(國(guo)際)平(ping)板顯(xian)示(shi)產(chan)業(ye)大會上(shang)(shang),三(san)利譜光(guang)(guang)電研(yan)發總(zong)監霍丙忠(zhong)分(fen)享(xiang)了三(san)利譜光(guang)(guang)電在(zai)偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)領(ling)域的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)與市(shi)場規(gui)劃布局(ju),以及未來(lai)偏光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)市(shi)場發展趨勢(shi)。

霍丙(bing)忠介紹(shao),LCD需(xu)要兩片(pian)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian),沒有偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian),就不能(neng)實現顯(xian)示(shi),還有寬(kuan)視(shi)角也(ye)是偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)賦(fu)予的(de)。偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)結構的(de)核心層(ceng)(ceng)是PVA層(ceng)(ceng),經過6倍左右延伸后(hou)(hou)能(neng)夠很好保持穩定性(xing)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)學均勻性(xing);外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)TAC加(jia)上一(yi)些防眩光(guang)(guang)(guang)、硬化(hua)、低反(fan)射(she)等表面處理;還包(bao)括(kuo)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)壓敏層(ceng)(ceng)以及外(wai)面兩層(ceng)(ceng)保護膜、離型膜。OLED顯(xian)示(shi)也(ye)需(xu)要一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)消(xiao)除外(wai)界(jie)反(fan)光(guang)(guang)(guang),無偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian),整個畫面是白色底板,而貼上偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)后(hou)(hou),可以遮蓋(gai)外(wai)界(jie)反(fan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)。偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)在太陽(yang)眼鏡也(ye)有應(ying)用,也(ye)可以作為相機偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)濾鏡。他預(yu)計,2019年中國大陸(lu)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)需(xu)求(qiu)量達(da)到3億平方(fang)(fang)米(mi),本土偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)產業配套的(de)產能(neng),加(jia)上海外(wai)廠商在大陸(lu)建廠的(de)產能(neng),整體(ti)產能(neng)只(zhi)有1.6億平方(fang)(fang)米(mi),供應(ying)空缺(que)還是非常大。
對于(yu)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)技術(shu)發展趨勢,他認為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)呈現(xian)五個(ge)(ge)(ge)技術(shu)發展方向(xiang):第(di)一(yi)、薄型化(hua)。未(wei)(wei)來(lai)柔性(xing)、彎曲都需要(yao)薄型化(hua)。偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)從(cong)2014年(nian)開(kai)始做(zuo)單片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),厚度(du)(du)為(wei)125微(wei)米,到(dao)現(xian)在(zai)(zai)已經做(zuo)到(dao)70微(wei)米。第(di)二、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)性(xing)能化(hua)。首(shou)先是視(shi)角上(shang)逐漸擴大(da)。這類偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)種類比較(jiao)多(duo),普通(tong)的(de)用(yong)(yong)斜視(shi)看(kan)顏色(se)泛白,如果用(yong)(yong)IPS寬視(shi)角補(bu)償,顯示(shi)效(xiao)果還非常好(hao)。其次是亮(liang)度(du)(du)提(ti)升(sheng)。偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)需要(yao)大(da)量的(de)APF Film增亮(liang)膜(mo),可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)顯著提(ti)升(sheng)顯示(shi)屏(ping)亮(liang)度(du)(du)。最(zui)新的(de)是APF上(shang)面(mian)帶一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)QWP,可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)把亮(liang)度(du)(du)再提(ti)升(sheng)大(da)約5%。車(che)載(zai)顯示(shi)方面(mian)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是對偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)越來(lai)越高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)。車(che)載(zai)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)技術(shu)方向(xiang):一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)是用(yong)(yong)碘系可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)做(zuo)到(dao)95℃溫度(du)(du)。染料(liao)系可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)更好(hao),但是對比度(du)(du)、透明度(du)(du)低(di)(di)一(yi)些,可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)達到(dao)105℃的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。第(di)三、功能化(hua)。hardcoating硬化(hua)涂層(ceng)(ceng)接觸角有(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)接觸角、低(di)(di)接觸角,貼合(he)良(liang)率(lv)更高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)。超高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)硬度(du)(du)涂層(ceng)(ceng)做(zuo)顯示(shi)蓋(gai)板,對外(wai)界(jie)屏(ping)蔽,也都可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)添加(jia)到(dao)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)供應層(ceng)(ceng)里面(mian)。防眩光(guang)(guang)(guang)涂層(ceng)(ceng)Anti-glare,在(zai)(zai)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面(mian)加(jia)了一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)硬化(hua)涂層(ceng)(ceng)顆粒,不會(hui)(hui)造成外(wai)界(jie)眩光(guang)(guang)(guang)影響。目前(qian)普通(tong)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)會(hui)(hui)產生sparking。另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)是低(di)(di)反射Anti-reflective,有(you)些特殊應用(yong)(yong),用(yong)(yong)到(dao)airgap方式,超低(di)(di)反射膜(mo)層(ceng)(ceng)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)模擬全貼合(he)效(xiao)果,反光(guang)(guang)(guang)減少很(hen)多(duo)。另(ling)外(wai),在(zai)(zai)太陽(yang)(yang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)下可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)讀的(de)場景(jing)下,在(zai)(zai)公路上(shang)開(kai)車(che)時反光(guang)(guang)(guang)很(hen)強,會(hui)(hui)戴一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)太陽(yang)(yang)眼鏡,戴著太陽(yang)(yang)眼鏡看(kan)手機的(de)話,看(kan)不清(qing)楚屏(ping)幕,這樣(yang)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)增加(jia)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),提(ti)升(sheng)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)讀效(xiao)果。第(di)四,材料(liao)多(duo)元化(hua)。濕布加(jia)在(zai)(zai)兩(liang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)之間,48小(xiao)時后,往(wang)往(wang)會(hui)(hui)有(you)剝離。未(wei)(wei)來(lai),行業將希(xi)望用(yong)(yong)一(yi)些低(di)(di)透水率(lv)材料(liao)來(lai)改善(shan)這種情況。第(di)五、OLED偏(pian)(pian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)厚度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)越來(lai)越高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)。以(yi)(yi)前(qian)因為(wei)補(bu)償膜(mo)都是有(you)機膜(mo)材料(liao),最(zui)低(di)(di)155微(wei)米左右;目前(qian)業界(jie)都在(zai)(zai)開(kai)發液晶涂層(ceng)(ceng)的(de),而三利譜(pu)最(zui)薄的(de)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)做(zuo)到(dao)110微(wei)米左右。
據介紹(shao),三(san)(san)利(li)譜光(guang)(guang)電(dian)從2004年(nian)(nian)就開(kai)始研發生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian),是(shi)國(guo)(guo)內領先(xian)的偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)解決方案供應(ying)商。目(mu)前(qian)(qian)三(san)(san)利(li)譜光(guang)(guang)電(dian)有(you)四(si)個工廠,第一(yi)個是(shi)深圳(zhen)松(song)崗的1330mm中后工序生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian);第二個是(shi)福建650mm偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian),產(chan)(chan)(chan)能120萬㎡/年(nian)(nian);第三(san)(san)個是(shi)深圳(zhen)光(guang)(guang)明新(xin)(xin)區的國(guo)(guo)內首條1490mm寬幅(fu)TFT偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)全制程(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian),產(chan)(chan)(chan)能600萬㎡/年(nian)(nian);第四(si)個是(shi)2016年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)28日在合肥新(xin)(xin)建的工廠,包(bao)括兩(liang)條線(xian):一(yi)條為1490mm,一(yi)條為1330mm。目(mu)前(qian)(qian)三(san)(san)利(li)譜光(guang)(guang)電(dian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)種類豐富(fu),涵蓋(gai)應(ying)用于手(shou)機、家用電(dian)器(qi)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)屏(ping)、遙(yao)控器(qi)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)屏(ping)的黑(hei)白偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)、3D偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)、OLED偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)。未來三(san)(san)利(li)譜光(guang)(guang)電(dian)還將持(chi)續(xu)加大偏(pian)光(guang)(guang)片(pian)(pian)投入,未來計劃建四(si)條寬幅(fu)TFT生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian),屆(jie)時產(chan)(chan)(chan)能達到(dao)8000萬平方米/年(nian)(nian),躋身全球第一(yi)陣營。
